Our History

Bishop Rayfield and Pastor Rita Whittington founded Word Up Life Changers Ministries in 1993 out of their passion to help people to rebuild their lives.

The church is built on a foundation of love and this  God given 5 Pillar Vision:

1. To provide a place of    Worship for people of every background.

2. To help people to appropriate healing for their spirit, soul and body thru the Word of God.

3. To help them to be changed.

4. To help believers to grow in Christ.

5. To help people to know their purpose and operate in their gifts to the Glory of God.

The church has grown to be an exciting place of Worship and Praise.

It's  a place where the Word is taught in a manner in which you can apply it to your everyday life. 

Word Up is a place where you can experience God's power to live the life God has planned for you.

The legacy of our church is a place where people know they will not be judged, but welcomed with love.
 
Rayfield & Rita Whittington are longtime residents of Denver Colorado and the parents of four children, and one grandchild.
